Its Ms Hollie!! The one behind all the good burgers.

In my free time I enjoy grilling, fishing, bonfires, my dogs, anything outdoors and most importantly spending as much time with my Mama as possible. Ive been around the City Cafe since I was a young teenager and been working there almost 3 years now. I put alot of hard work, effort and passion into anyhting that comes off the grill to keep a great legacy going. Brings joy to my soul when I hear how good the burgers are!! At home some of my favorite things to grill are Ribs, Steaks, and my Bacon wrapped crab jalapeño poppers.
