Hello friends of Milani's Bakery!! We have some exciting things coming up in the next year and we can't wait to share with you what's next here at Milani's Bakery!

In the meantime, here is a fun retro cake for my brother in law who just turned 40 and loves classic video games from his childhood!!

1/2 Sheet Carrot cake, with cream cheese filling!! No fondant here, just good old fashioned smooth cream cheese frosting!!

And yes, that's my old GameBoy from my childhood that I used as reference!!

Our lovely customer came to us with a request to make them a cake in the style of "Beauty and The Beast" for an adult celebrating a special occasion. There are no signing teapots or dancing candle sticks, but the end result was pure magic. Real fresh red roses represent the Beast's magical flower, gold sparkling ribbon as a nod to Belle's golden dress, and Fleur-De-Lis piping throughout to represent the French decor within the Castle.

To say we exceeded our customer's expectations would be an understatement! She was taken back by the beauty and simplicity of the design.

If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, stop by our shop to make your fairytale cake dreams come true!
