"Dan catches the lobster, Mani cooks the lobster, the people eat the lobster." And with that concept, our little food truck was born. We're Mani Dreyfuss & Dan Falt, and we're happy you're here. Dan is a 2nd generation lobsterman out of Northeast Harbor, and has been fishing since he was 8. Mani is a cook/farmer/rancher/lobster-enthusiast, and spent the past decade working and traveling around the world before landing on the island. A shared love of skiing, pool, and the great state of Wyoming (our name is a nod to the Wyoming Bucking Horse) brought us together, and the rest, as they say, is history.

It’s here, all too soon! Final day of the 2026 season 😔 Come on down to the marina for a last lobster roll, basket of fries, bratwurst, whatever strikes your fancy on this fine Friday. We will be here 11-3, or until we sell out.

Thank you to all of our lovely customers for another top notch season. It’s been a pleasure to hand out tasty bites to so many smiling faces this summer (I mean, how many people are in a bad mood when being handed a lobster roll? Very few, I can report from experience).

Stay tuned for updates over the winter about next season—might look slightly different with a lil beeb in the mix!

Welp folks, Friday August 28th will be the final day of our 2026 season, slightly earlier than planned. As my doctor said, “it’s time to sit your pregnant self down.” It has been a joy and a privilege (and alright, slightly character building 😂) to run the lil truck this summer, and to see so many familiar faces come back year after year. Thank you all for a wonderful, bustling season!

We will be open normal hours this week, except we will be closed on Wednesday. Come get your final lobster rolls 11-3 down at the NEH Marina! 😘

I’ve got some good and bad news, folks:

Starting with the good—Likely not a surprise to our regulars but, Dan and I are expecting a little beeb come October!

Moving onto the bad—this means a shorter season for the food truck 😭 I am tentatively planning the final day of our season to be *Friday, September 4th.* As much fun as waddling around on swollen feet in front of a hot flat top all day has been, it’s getting toward time to take a load off.

I will post any updates about our end date here, so stay tuned! In the meantime, come get yerself a lobster roll, some crispy fries and a blueberry lemonade 🦞🍟🍋
