Tucked away at the NEFC Training Center in Northborough, the Sir Loin food truck is serving up smash burgers, loaded fries, pulled pork, chicken sandwiches, weekly specials and a whole lot more.

Charcuterie, but make it take up the whole table.

We talk a lot about BBQ, pig roasts and game-day spreads this time of year, but this is a pretty good reminder of just how much range we have.

A gorgeous grazing table for an upscale event? Absolutely. A backyard party for 50? Yep. Corporate lunch, cocktail hour, football party, wedding, pig roast? That’s kind of the point.

The food should fit the event — not the other way around. Sometimes that means ribs and loaded mac & cheese. Sometimes it means a table covered in beautiful cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit and all the good stuff in between.

And sometimes it means both.

Because really, cheese and meat. Am I right?
