Why is this sourdough journey satisfying? ‘Coz there is not wastage, I use the so-called sourdough discards to make multiple other things we love, like pizza dough, granola, banana walnut cake, naan…etc.! The options are endless and there is a lot of space to experiment.

Bought Red pepper jelly in a small grocery store on the way from Vermont to Massachusetts. Was pleasantly surprised with the taste and what a twist with red bell pepper and cayenne pepper combo with subtle sweet and spice! Warmly reminded me of a recipe back home in South India, they used to serve a similar jelly-like chutney in weddings.
Cayenne pepper and cider vinegar are anti-inflammatory, heart-healthy and aids weight loss. I was searching for a delicacy with this combo and found this! Pure cane sugar as sweetener instead of processed sweeteners, it’s a perfect addition to our snack time.
It’s not an advertisement post, but a genuine review!

My daughter has sweet tooth and often asks for some dessert in the evenings. This is a fun activity we do together, baking cake and have a delicious coffee time in the evenings!
