Weekend Specials - Jun 19 - Jun 21
This week we are going back to the ocean to bring you, banana leaf fish curry!!!
The marinade - Culantri, onions, ginger, garlic, cumin and coriander seeds, made into a fine paste.
The method - Pan fried on top of a banana leaf!! Cooked in coconut oil with coconut milk. The perfect blend of fish and a touch of the banana leaf flavor!!
The fish - Your choice of Alaskan Fliunder filet or Pomfret (Pompano). The Pompano fish has a center bone in the pieces.
Served with a side 2 dosas (not the regular dosa, but more like a pancake), smaller and softer and a side of rice.
