Chef Brad Labonte-Banas has made an impression in his illustrious career working in and running kitchens in Western, MA and CT. His tenured employment with The Max Restaurant Group shaped his passion for executing high end food and service in a timely and professional fashion. As the Culinary Director of Riff's Joint in Easthampton, he was responsible for every facet of running a successful, very

fast-paced and already well-established restaurant, focusing on portion control and increasing revenue. In his last position as the Executive Chef at The Hotel Northampton, he oversaw both the on-premise restaurant and all banquet functions ranging from 20 to 400 guests. Brad is eager and proud and will do what is necessary to be successful and to cultivate an inclusive environment that strives to serve up the utmost in quality of food and service. And here he is now in this beautiful historic building that once housed Sylvester's Restaurant. Although he stands on his own credentials, this beautiful building is also part of the lure that is now known as Toasted.

Hello Everyone!

Toasted will be closed tomorrow! Tuesday, january 20th. Closed just for the day. Chef needs a break, plumbing needs some maintenance, and we will be back to normal hours on wednesday January 21st.

Specials for this weekend, October 25th!!!

Also we would love to announce the unveiling of our LIQUOR LICENSE!! And the advent of BLOODY MARY'S finally!!

This weekend we kick of the bloody mary's, $12.48 ea in 16 oz mason jars!!

Also featured this weekend, short rib benedicts!!

Plus chef's Whim for soup is homemade chicken noodle!

And finally featuring additional ingredients -

Roasted butternut
charred jalapenos
roasted brown sugar cinnamon granny smith apples (great in pancakes)
and oreo crumbles!!

Last but not least, U-10 Jumbo shrimp cocktail! 3.12 each. U-10 means there are under 10 per lb, so they are the big guys!

Especially Special Specials for Saturday and Sunday, October 18th and 19th!!!

Red wine braised short rib benedicts!
The short rib was rubbed and marinated for two days, seared at a high temperature, and then braised in our secret braising liquid for several hours at a nice, slow and low temperature. The result is delicious, tender short ribs for benedicts!

Chicken "pot pie" aka Chicken Gravy!
Arnold's Meats (local meat facility in chicopee ma) bone in thighs - Seasoned and roasted with the bones in, we plucked the meat and used the bones and skin to build a stock. Sweated Mire Poix (aka Carrots, celery, and onions) in butteR, added some garlic, then used flour to create the roux. From there we added the fresh chicken stock, brought it to a boil and then finished with our tasty plucked thigh meat! DEEE-LISH-US! A great contrast to our already popular sausage gravy! Comes with a split biscuit, home fries, and two eggs any style!

We also have burgers listed on the special sheet, when the new menu comes out we will have a build your own burger section, similar to the list of omelet ingredients we feature. Please, dont be shy about asking for the burgers! We always carry them now!
