Tomorrow, Thursday, June 30, we will open at 5pm and we will close when you are ready. Sadly, this will be the last night with our current menu.

We have wine and unique food offerings and a grateful spirit to our loyal customers.

Many of you have been with us for over five years. Our journey has been " inolvidable".

Let's create our final "wine/dinner" event. It will be memorable because of all we have experienced together.

By definition, tapas are shared. Social connection is implied.

We will close for about 3 weeks for renovations starting this Friday July 1st and will reopen with a new menu focused on all local ingredients.

Whatever your plans were, change them. Let's break bread together. Salud!

Every Tuesday, the International Language Institute and Ibiza Tapas invites anyone that wants to practice their Spanish Conversation skills to come to Ibiza.
ILI is volunteering their time and you only pay for your consumption.

Do you enjoy delicious food carefully paired with incredible wines?

We invite you to come celebrate the Pioneer Valley's bounty, and partake in a consciously crafted, community-oriented event meant to nourish both the body and mind.

We are very excited to present our chef for the evening, Jon Adler, whose passion for food equals his passion for creating meals that reflect a time and a place. With food sourced locally from small sustainable farms, or simply foraged by the chef, Jon has put together a menu that is a culinary snapshot of the pioneer valley. A true artist in the kitchen, his dishes are always sure to delight the senses!

Wine pairings will be provided by Provisions with a focus on sustainably produced wines from small, family wineries.

Tickets may be purchased at Provisions or Ibiza.

Time: 6pm, Tuesday, April 26th
Place: Ibiza Tapas, 7 Strong Avenue, Northampton
Cost: $75 per person, $65 per person if two or more!
