Local produce is starting to pop and we are excited to put it on your plate! 🧑‍🌾 🥒 🌿 🍅 🌽 🤌

Now serving:

Summer Farro Salad: Old Friends Farm arugula, grilled local summer squash and zucchini, local cukes, pickled red onions, and Maplebrook feta topped with a lemon-basil vin.

Local Veggie Lasagna: roasted zucchini, summer squash, and eggplant layered with pesto-ricotta, marinara, and noodles. Topped with mozzarella and local cherry tomatoes.

Farmstand Pizza: grilled local zucchini and summer squash, native corn and grape tomatoes, pesto-ricotta, red sauce, Mozzarella, and finished with grated goat cheese!

Also … we know, we know … y’all are anxiously awaiting the return of Summer Chicken! Field tomatoes are starting to come in and as soon as we can get a consistent supply of them, rest assured, summer chic will make its triumphant return! ☀️ 🍅

Introducing some new dishes as we approach Summer Solstice!

Italian Farro Salad - Farro, arugula, premium Italian meats (fennel salami, picante salami, Prosciutto di Parma), premium Italian cheeses (sharp Provolone, Malghe Alpine), marinated artichokes, sun-dried red peppers, Kalamata olives, lemon-basil-honey vinaigrette. 🇮🇹 🧀 🍖 🌿

Strawberries and Cream Salad - Smiarowski Farm strawberries, Stracchiatella (Burrata filling), arugula, basil, crushed pistachios, hot honey, champagne vinaigrette, bruschetta toast. 🍓🍦🍯 🌿

Salt and Pepper Wings (not pictured) - bone-in wings with a salt and three pepper dry rub. Side of house-made backyard herb Buttermilk ranch for dipping.
