Good Wednesday evening fishy folks!
NC Commerical flounder season ended this week so we’ve talked to our guy down at the Coast and they’ve agreed to help us out on price points to move lots of fresh flounder fillets this week! We will have flounder fillets down to $19.95/lb for this coming weekend and we’ve spoke for 60lbs and only 20 pounds for our market which will be hitting the kitchen…. With the ability to bump as late as Thursday morning. Preorders will be super helpful on this so we don’t run out too early like we did😬. As many of you know, NC has limited fishing for recreational and commercial fishermen the last several years forcing us to rely on VA and SC caught flounder or ocean flounder. We will have back along with snapper, grouper, swordfish, mountain trout, red drum, and catfish rounding out our local options like shrimp!

Quick update for this week — the Downtown Apple Festival is this weekend and we’re going to be a part of it!
We’re giving the crew a little day off today to recharge before the weekend.
