And just like that, our very first season at Ducky’s Waterfront Grill has come to a close! 🌊🦆

Our hearts are absolutely full as we look back on the incredible journey of this past year. When we first opened our doors, we had a vision, but it was all of you who brought it to life.

To our amazing customers: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for your unmatched support, your patience, and your valuable advice. You truly helped us figure out the ropes and map out how to get it exactly right for you. Over the course of these months, so many of you became far more than just familiar faces, you became friends, and definitely a part of the Ducky's family. Sharing our deck with you has been an honor and the absolute best part of our summer.

We also want to extend a massive thank you to Smith Boys Marine. Thank you for welcoming us into the marina community with open arms, and for being so incredibly helpful, accommodating, and supportive as we navigated our rookie season. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be!

To our personal friends and family: you are our rock. Thank you for stepping up, rolling up your sleeves, and jumping in to help us anytime and every time we needed you. Your love and willingness to pitch in made all the difference in the world.

And to our wonderful team of employees: thank you for your relentless hard work, long hours, and dedication during this 1st season. You showed up every day with smiles on your faces and gave it your all, and we are so incredibly proud of the team we've built.

While the winter weather is rolling in, we aren’t slowing down. We are already looking forward to next year and will be working very hard during the off-season to bring you a bigger, better, and even more exciting Ducky’s experience.

Ps... Just because the restaurant is closed for the winter doesn't mean the party has to stop. During the off-season, we provide catering services and professional bartending for private events. As the festive season approaches, please keep us in mind for your holiday events, family gatherings, and winter celebrations! As the summer season is coming to an end, Ducky's hours of operation for the month of September have changed. You can still catch those beautiful waterfront views and your favorite eats all weekend long.

Here is our schedule for the rest of the month:

🗓️ Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays
⏰ 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
❌ Closed Monday through Thursday

Come soak up the September sunshine, grab a bite, and unwind by the water with us! We can't wait to see you this weekend. 🦆🍔🥤

🌊 WOW. What a night! 🌊

Our hearts are completely full today after our 1st Annual Customer Appreciation Event! We wanted to throw a big party to say thank you, and you all showed up and blew us away. We are already counting down the days and looking forward to next season's event!

We have some very special shout-outs to make:

🎤 To Allykat: A massive, heartfelt thank you for an absolutely amazing performance! You brought the best energy and helped us pull this night off perfectly. We DEFINITELY look forward to working with you again!

🎟️ To Our Wonderful Local Business Neighbors: We are so grateful for your generosity! Thank you so much to everyone who donated gift certificates for our raffle or helped us in any other way to make this event possible, including: Falletta's Restaurant, Hillview Restaurant, Ranchos Tres Cantina and Q-Nails in Depew.

❤️ A Note from Our Kitchen: We also want to extend a sincere, heartfelt apology to anyone who experienced longer-than-usual wait times for food orders. The turnout last night was much larger than we ever expected! Because of some unexpected staffing limitations, we had fewer hands available in our kitchen than usual. We appreciate your patience and grace more than words can say.

🛠️ To Our Village: An event like this takes a team. We want to say a huge thank you to our hardworking staff, and the wonderful friends and family who stepped up to help us make everything run.

🏆 And finally, to our INCREDIBLE customers: You are the reason we open our doors every single day. Thank you for your unmatched support, your smiles, and for making our first annual event one for the history books.

🙌 A extra special shout-out to a few amazing customers who went completely above and beyond for us: From spreading flyers around town, to lending us the extra tents and chairs that kept everyone comfortable, to constantly sharing our event and pages online—the support you showed us was truly incredible.
