It took almost six months to get an approval from the health department, but now a certified outdoor kitchen who's ready for some tacos? I'm gonna do a cook before the season ends

So ill be putting together an end of summer Pig Roast with Chinese auction. Currently looking into Ellicott Creek park for a venue.
Anyone who'd like to be involved or would like to donate baskets for the auction that would be amazing.
All proceeds are being raised to get purchase a Food trailer to get "That Taco Guy" off the ground and mobile.
