Salmon Wellington 🐟

Some dishes come and go with the seasons. This one just stays. Fourteen years on the menu and still one of the first things people order when they sit down with us, a twist on the classic beef Wellington with flaky pastry, tender salmon, and a creamy dill béchamel that ties it all together.

Arguably the best wine club in Buffalo 😉

There’s something special about gathering around one table, sharing a meal, and letting good wine do the talking. This September, we’re taking our community table to Spain with a three-course prix fixe menu, each course paired with wines chosen by our local wine educators.

Course One: Salmorejo, made with tomato, sherry vinegar, olive oil, jamón, and egg
Course Two: Croquetas de Jamón, with ham, Manchego, garlic aioli, and parsley
Course Three: Paella, brought together with saffron rice, chicken, Spanish chorizo, shrimp, mussels, roasted peppers, and lemon

Seating is family-style at our shared community table (plates are individual, not shared). Come hungry, come curious, and let us take you somewhere new, one course at a time.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is needed. Approx 15 hours weekly. Experience is helpful, but not required.

Only a few days left to grab your seat!! This month’s Wine Club dinner is all about the Finger Lakes, and the menu is one you won’t want to miss.

Courses:

Smoked Trout — potato cake, crème fraîche, dill

Roasted Chicken — apple cider glaze, braised cabbage, bacon

Grilled NY Strip Steak — red wine reduction, fingerling potatoes, seasonal vegetables

Each course is thoughtfully paired with Finger Lakes wines selected by our local wine educators, and served family style at our community table. Good food, good wine, and good company, all in one night.
