If you’ve attended a Wedding, Shower or Birthday party in the Syracuse area then you’ve probably had a cake from Baker Me A Cake. Gina Baker is the owner/creative director whipping up all sorts of creations from themed birthday cupcakes to couture wedding cakes. Working in the restaurant field for over 20 years with a growing family (literally with another bun in the oven) Gina never planned to be an entrepreneur. She’s always made treats for family functions or for friends. It wasn’t until a friend’s sister asked her to make a themed birthday cake that this passion became a business opportunity and she started taking orders. Baker Me A Cake can pretty much do anything you request from a dozen assorted cupcakes to gluten free wedding cakes! Gina’s business has grown through word of mouth. One taste and the orders come rolling in.
