Baire’s Burgers is BACK, baby! 🍔🔥 It’s our first event since closing the restaurant, and we’re ready to fire up the grill and serve the burgers you’ve been craving!

We’ll be running a smaller menu and will have a limited number of burgers — keeping it simple, fresh, and packed with that signature Baire’s flavor. When they’re gone, they’re gone!

This pop-up is more than just burgers — it’s the start of our comeback. Every bite and every visit helps us get back on our feet and bring Baire’s back stronger than ever.

Happy New Year from Baires Burgers!

As we welcome 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey of 2024 and share my heartfelt gratitude with all of you. Opening and running Baires Burgers was a dream come true—one that I will always treasure. From the very beginning, the love and support of this amazing community made every challenge worth it. You weren’t just customers; you became friends, family, and the heart of everything we did.
Every burger served, every smile shared, and every kind word exchanged reminded me why I took the leap to start this business. Whether you visited us once or were a regular, your support meant the world to me. You helped make my dream a reality, and for that, I will forever be grateful.

However, life often reminds us of the importance of balance and priorities. While Baires Burgers was a dream come true, my greatest purpose has always been my family. As much as I loved running the restaurant and connecting with all of you, I knew it was time to shift my focus and dedicate more time to those closest to me. Closing our doors was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made, but it was a choice made with love and intention.

Even though Baires Burgers is no longer open, the memories we created together will always hold a special place in my heart. I’ll never forget the laughter, conversations, and joy that filled our space. You helped shape one of the most meaningful chapters of my life, and I’ll always carry those memories with me.

So here’s to a fresh start, new opportunities, and a year filled with happiness and success for each of you. Thank you for being a part of my journey and for making 2024 unforgettable.
