This Wednesday is our FIRST EVER Wing Wednesday at The Pizza Factory, and we’re kicking it off with 4 brand-new specialty wing sauces made just for the occasion!

Tomorrow I’ll be in the kitchen whipping up all four sauces from scratch so they have plenty of time for all those flavors to mix, mingle and be perfect for your wings on Wednesday. 🤤🔥

And these aren’t little chain-restaurant wings either.

🍗 Our wings are JUMBO wings — bigger than what you’ll typically get from the national pizza chains.
🍗 Every wing is cooked fresh to order — no precooked meats here.

🍕 LET’S TALK PIZZA! 🍕

First question: How done do you like yours?

At The Pizza Factory, our target is right between #2 and #3 on this chart — golden, bubbly cheese with those beautiful toasted freckles. 🔥

Prefer it darker and crispier? Ask for well done, and we’ll take you closer to a #4!

But here’s something you may not know…

⏱️ Not every pizza takes the same amount of time to cook!

The more toppings you add, the longer your pizza needs in the oven. And wet ingredients add even more cooking time.

Things like pineapple, sauerkraut and pickles release moisture as they cook, so those pizzas need a little extra time to get that beautiful Pizza Factory bake.

And a heavily loaded Top of the Line simply isn’t going to cook in the same amount of time as The Usual. There’s a LOT more happening on that pizza! 😂🍕

We don’t pull your pizza because a timer says it should be done.

We pull it when it LOOKS done. 👀🍕
