From an auto repair shop to our future home: A true American dream in the making! 🇺🇸✨

Swipe through to check out the before and after transformation of our property so far!

For over a decade, my dear father, Mufeed (67, originally from Jerusalem), rented this building and ran an auto shop here to support our family and build a better future. When the previous owner decided to move on, we were blessed with the chance to buy the property outright.

We closed the auto shop, brought our Fattoush Grill food truck right onto the lot, and got straight to work transforming the building itself! We took what used to be a tired auto repair garage and gave it new siding, fresh stonework, and a brand-new look to make it one of the nicest spots on the street.

While our permanent brick-and-mortar dining space is still being finished inside, our Fattoush Grill food truck is open and serving right here on-site! 🚚🔥

Come grab your favorite authentic shawarma, falafel, and Mediterranean plates fresh from the truck, check out the progress on the building, and say hello to Mufeed! Thank you, North Ridgeville, for supporting our journey and making this dream possible. ❤️
