Amp Up the veggies in your January meals by adding cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles or make your burgers or fajitas into lettuce wraps.

Bonus Tip: Try doing a 50/50 split with half cauliflower rice and half white rice. Your kids won’t even notice the difference!
