My first time making Liang Pi, cold skin noodles. Such a big process separating the starch and gluten from the dough and then steaming each sheet to make the noodles but the end result is so worth it.
Topped off with the gluten cubes, cucumber, a tomato based sauce, garlic oil and a big heaping of Mama Liz’s OG chilli oil.
Oh we also had some cumin and chilli lamb cutlets on the side.
