Well, sometimes the best-laid plans take an unexpected turn!

Due to unforeseen equipment issues, we unfortunately won’t be making the trip to Chicken this year. We are incredibly disappointed because we were looking forward to serving everyone there.

The silver lining? Our trailer is already loaded down with all the brisket, pulled pork, sausage, mac & cheese, loaded potatoes, and all the BBQ goodness we had prepared—and now we’re bringing it to YOU!

Well, nothing says “moving week” like last-minute whole brisket orders and absolutely zero of the plans going as planned. 😅 The cook got pushed to today… which also happened to be the day Aaron had to run off to Colorado to ship his truck to Alaska.

So guess who got to finish our very last cook here in what can only be described as a biblical-level downpour? 🌧️🔥

If you smelled brisket on the wind today, that was probably just me trying not to get washed away while babysitting a smoker. New Mexico really said, “One last challenge before you go.”

In all honestly it’s not that bad and man am I going to miss it here!

🇺🇸 What an Honor!

We had the privilege of catering the U.S. Marine Corps Ball, celebrating 250 years of service and sacrifice. What an incredible milestone and an unforgettable event!

This marks our last private event before we head to the Great White North, ending our time here on a note of gratitude for those who have served.

It was truly our pleasure and honor to serve you all.
Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of such a proud tradition.
