Fresh produce has been rolling through our kitchen this week, and we couldn't resist building a menu around it.

Roasted red peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, provolone cheese, and our house-made pesto mayo, grilled to perfection on fresh sourdough.

This week’s special is bringing the dip. Literally.

French Dip Panini
Made with beef we roast in-house, provolone, and herb cream cheese, grilled up panini-style and served with au jus for dipping.
Warm, melty, crispy, dippable… basically everything lunch should be.

Fresh and tasty hummus with all the veggies, tabbouleh salad, feta cheese and pita bread. We have our potato soup, red pepper and squash bisque, and chilled gazpacho soup today. We are closing at 6 pm tonight and will be closed tomorrow.

Hummus plates this week! Something light, tasty and refreshing. We will have our potato soup, French onion soup, and east coast hero pasta salad for the side today. Also patio is coming together nicely, we have a total of 5 tables for outdoor seating and will be adding umbrellas soon. Please note we are back to our regular hours after Nebraskaland Days.
