What started as a fun May the 4th idea turned into one of our favorite events we’ve ever done at Pop Corner.

Thank you to everyone who came out, tried the special menu, dressed up, shared the event, and supported our small business. Seeing the excitement around the themed drinks, brownies, salads, sandwiches, and all the little Star Wars details made all the work worth it for our team. 💙

The Force was definitely strong in North Platte this weekend.
