Well… that escalated quickly. 😂

I opened the cell doors for weekend orders and apparently the entire bakery population attempted an escape at the same time.

I’m looking at this order list thinking:

“I may have severely overestimated my abilities.” 🤣

But everybody who already got booked is SAFE. Your order is on the books, and somehow, someway, I’m getting it done.

Will I sleep?
Probably not.

Will my kitchen look like a flour-based crime scene?
Absolutely.

Will I question every life decision that led me to owning this much butter and flour?

100%. 😂😂

But we’re committed now. There’s no early release for the baker.
