🔥 Saturday calls for the best of both worlds: TACU TACU CON LOMO SALTADO! 🇵🇪

Crispy golden tacu tacu — rice and beans mashed together and pan-fried to perfection — crowned with our sizzling lomo saltado: juicy strips of beef, sweet red onion, and tomato tossed in that savory stir-fry sauce. Two Peruvian legends on one plate. ❤️

Fun fact: tacu tacu comes from the Quechua word "tacuni," meaning "mixed" — it was born from resourceful Peruvian kitchens turning yesterday's rice and beans into something extraordinary. 🇵🇪

There’s nothing like fresh fish “cooked” in bright Peruvian lime juice, tossed with red onion, cilantro, and a little kick of aji. Ours comes the traditional way — with sweet potato and choclo corn to cool every zesty bite. ❤️

Pro tip: ask for a spoonful of our aji amarillo sauce on the side if you like a little heat. 🔥
