Raekwon The Chef brought back his remastered version of the iconic "Snow Beach" Polo jacket he rocked for the classic Wu-Tang video “Can It Be All So Simple,” back in ’94. Fast forward to April 10, 2015 live from Coachella, Raekwon debuted the remix to the classic Polo with his interpretation of this timeless classic. Wu-Tang Clan vets Raekwon and Ghostface killed the stage at Coachella this year,

performing a slew of classic joints that kept the fans with their W’s held high and bouncing along to the classic production of 90′s Hip-Hop. During the iconic performance “The Chef” displayed the remix Polo jacket, which some may say is even flyer then the original. The CL-95 features a main color scheme of blue and yellow, red LINX BEACH lettering on the front, accompanied by white lettering on the back. Some of the flyest specs about the CL-95 are the purple hood and reflective patches.

Here’s my Clark Kent story! Never met the man myself, but my brother knew him. So one day, my brother tells me, “Clark wants a .” I’m like, “Bet, no problem.” Then he’s like, “Nah, you do have a problem,” and basically drops the bomb that Clark’s a size Sasquatch! Like, if there were a Ralph Lipschitz size chart, this brother would be the 6X legend!

So, I made that custom piece—only for it to get swiped. Made it again, of course. Story of my life! Rest in peace, Clark Kent—a true cog in the wheel.

Why isn’t the culture being represented authentically? Where are our DJs—the backbone of Hip Hop? Why isn’t Rocksteady Crew, the pioneers who set the standard for breakdancing, judging this event? And where’s the gear that embodies the essence of our movement?

On the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop, we've failed to honor the legacy properly. We’ve let down the culture that’s shaped generations. This should have been a momentous occasion, showcasing the very best of what Hip Hop has to offer, but instead, it feels like a missed opportunity.

I’m stepping up for the next one, representing with the team! These emcees—who are they, and what have they contributed to the culture? Why isn’t Crazy Legs, one of the most iconic figures in breaking, carrying the flag?

It’s because we’ve sold out. We’ve allowed the culture to be commodified and diluted, giving away its essence without valuing its true worth. It’s time to reclaim what’s ours and ensure that the next celebration is a true reflection of Hip Hop’s roots and its global influence.
