Tried something new yesterday!!

I was making some fresh bread for my family last night, and I wanted to change it up a bit and try something new.

So, I came up with this. Focaccia bread with cinnamon sugar, butter, and chocolate chips pressed into the dough. Topped with a nice layer of Sea Salt. Then baked to a crispy perfection, and drizzled with a vanilla glaze.

It's so good that I've decided to never sell any and eat them all to myself 🤣🤣

Just kidding! Ive decided to put it on the menu for next week!

Only question is...what should I call it?

Our new Rosemary & Sea Salt with Honey.

We've taken our Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia and given it a nice drizzle of fresh, local honey. And then another very light topping of sea salt.

It goes great with a nice steak dinner, if you ask our baker, Dustin. Amongst many other things!

We are at the Waseca County Farmers Market today from 8am-noon.

We have several different flavors available today, and it looks like the rain has come to an end!

We are unfortunately going to make the call to not do the North Mankato Farmers' Market tonight.

With the heavy rains in the forecast ALL DAY LONG, we're making the decision to stay dry today.

We're still at the Waseca County Farmers Market until noon today!

And afterwards, we will be out at Indian Island Winery near Janesville from 1-5pm for their Grape Stomp Event!!

I grew up in Janesville, and used to play out at the grape stomp often with a band I used to play in, so im looking forward to being out there again today with our focaccia bread!

We will again have free samples of a few of our breads. Come see us and check out this cool event!!

Wow!! We had such a great day at the Waseca County Farmers Market!! ✨️

We officially sold out of every one of the 42 loaves of Focaccia bread I made, so cool!
