Public Service Announcement:

Winds took out our electricity and internet service on March 13. Electric was restored Saturday. Frontier Communications has not fixed our internet service. RANT. It'll be two weeks soon. I cannot take mobile orders or DoorDash. I cannot get answers from Frontier.

If you are a business keep this in mind. There is no number to call, there is no answers from the chat bot, there is nowhere you can email for answers. Steer clear of Frontier for your internet service.
