SHRIMP SALAD ON A BOLILLO BUN! What a great meal for your THURSDAY, especially if you include one of Oggy’s fabulous cheesecakes. This week, her fresh peach cheesecake is impossible to beat. 
FRIDAY we’ll start the day featuring BOURBON CHICKEN & RICE and then at 4:00, SMOKED PRIME TIME!
Our House-Made Sausage this week will be Texas Joe AND Memphis… Both Delicious.
SATURDAY IS ALWAYS BRISKET DAY and Desserts galore.

Loving our Specials this week! Choice of Two of our House-made Sausages with the Best Sweetcorn Ever … Crowder Corn!
Option 1 - BACON BRISKET BURGER @ CHEESE SAUSAGE w/Greens, Onions and Special Sauce….
Option 2 - HUNGARIAN HOTDOG (like Tony Packo’s in Toledo) topped with Chili Sauce, Cheddar and Candy Onions…. Both Delicious!
We’re baking our own Buns now and we hope you enjoy these Bolillo Rolls.
The Dessert Menu starts with Oggy’s scrumptious Chunky Chocolate & Caramel Cheesecake 😍. Another dozen selections to pick from as well!

DESSERTS first, OK? For my friend who’s been asking when I’m going to make carrot cake, I did!! Pineapple upside down cake, three kinds of cheesecake, banana pudding, chocolate cake, salted caramel brownies,  apple pie, and a several more to choose from. 
NOW FOR THE SPECIAL THIS WEEK … DELUXE BRISKET BURRITO ON A JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR WRAP w/NACHO CHIPS AND HOUSEMADE SALSA. Pretty darn good. We made enough for Thursday and Friday, but we’ll see.
Friday at 4, SMOKED PRIME RIB and Saturday is always BRISKET DAY .

Who wouldn’t want an Oggy’s Cheesecake with our Special this week? Duh, nobody! We’re serving up MAPLE DIJON GLAZED PORK LOIN w/SEASONED MASHED POTATOES & ROASTED MIXED VEGGIES. I’m pretty sure it won’t make you mad.
SMOKED PRIME RIB Friday @ 4 and Saturday is always BRISKET DAY!!

We’re starting THURSDAY with these delicious homemade BREAKFAST SAUSAGE LINKS, placing them over our CHEEZY BISCUITS, then smothering it all with our SAUSAGE GRAVY… oh, and then topping with some Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese. Yuuuuuuummmm!
FRIDAY, something special for our SPECIAL … BLACKBERRY BBQ’d RIBLETS beside a Raspberry Vinaigrette dressed Fresh Garden Salad with Slivered Almonds, Cranberries, Feta Cheese and sliced Red Onion AND of course, another Side of your choice. Another yum!
SATURDAY is always Brisket Day and the Desserts won’t upset you….
