🍽️ Something new is cooking at the Pit Stop Diner‼️
Over the next few weeks, you’ll begin to see our refreshed menu roll out. As we make the transition, you may notice a few familiar favorites disappear for a little while, but don’t worry! Many of them will return as rotating feature specials throughout the year. Along with the classics you know and love, we’re excited to introduce some incredible new dinner options.
We also want to take a moment to recognize someone who has helped make this possible.
Abby has been part of our team for over a year, bringing creativity, an incredible work ethic, and years of fine dining experience to our kitchen. She has embraced who we are while helping elevate our dinner menu in a way that still feels like the Pit Stop Diner. We’ve trusted her to help lead our dinner features and menu revamp, and we’re so grateful for the talent and passion she brings every day.
To be honest, Nicole and I have spent the last few years in survival mode, wearing every hat imaginable. We’ve always hoped the right person would come along! Someone who shared our vision and would help us grow, while staying true to who we are. Abby has been that person in the kitchen. Her addition has allowed us to focus more on breakfast, lunch, and homemade pies while she helps shape the future of our dinner menu.
Over the next few weeks, you’ll see many of these new dinner creations making their debut as we test menu ideas. We’d love for you to stop in, give them a try, and tell us what you think.
At the end of the day, the Pit Stop Diner is so much more than a menu… it’s people. Every meal is the result of a team that shows up every day, works hard, supports one another, and genuinely cares about what they serve. From our line cooks to our servers, dishwashers, and everyone behind the scenes… every person plays an important role. We’re incredibly thankful for this amazing team and for all of you who continue to support our little diner.
We can’t wait for you to experience what’s next. 🫶
