Haiti 🇭🇹 has been asked to revise its 2026 World Cup jersey after FIFA rejected the original design.
The kit showed silhouettes raising the national flag, inspired by the Battle of Vertières and the independence struggle.
FIFA ruled the imagery too political under its equipment rules.
Haiti returns to the World Cup after 52 years, last appearing in 1974.
Haiti is the first Black-led republic, founded in 1804 by formerly enslaved people after winning a revolution against France in 1804.
