Meet the newest investment at Tay’s: our Pitco high-efficiency fryers. Because when you’re hand-cutting potatoes and frying them in real beef tallow, the fryer matters just as much as what goes in it.

These aren’t your average restaurant fryers. 💪 They give us serious temperature recovery and precise heat control, so when a basket of fresh-cut fries hits the tallow, the temperature rebounds FAST. That means crispier fries, more consistent batches, less grease absorption, and better quality from the first basket to the last.

Crispy outside. Fluffy inside. Less greasy.
And continuous filtration keeps that real beef tallow cleaner while we cook. 🥩

Well this was pretty cool to see! 🍔🙌

A customer sent this to us. Tay’s Burger Shack was named the best hole-in-the-wall burger spot in Missouri! 🏆

Thanks to everyone who keeps showing up, grabbing burgers, and supporting local. We appreciate you! ❤️🍔

Americans have a love affair with the humble hamburger. Some of the best places slinging them back are located off the beaten path in the most unassuming sites.
