The coffee we use MATTERS! Fun fact, our cherry vanilla steeped cold brew is made with this beautiful Ethiopian Guji bean from .

Ethiopian coffees tend to lean on the fruity/berry side, the natural profile mixed with a lighter roast compliments the dried cherry and vanilla bean flavors!

It’s a much lighter tasting cold brew, more akin to a tea where you can taste the flavor of all this coffee has to offer.

Dogs are allowed in our OUTSIDE areas (we can give you a water bowl too!) however your beautiful furry friends can not come in the actual shop.

Happy Belated Earth Day from crossroads.
Today we’re talking about just a few things we do in shop to benefit our environment!

TLDR:
- We limit food waste by only baking what will sell
- NO STRAWS simply to eliminate the amount of waste we produce as a business
-Locally Roasted Coffee
-Compostable Single Use Items/Packages
-NO ALMOND MILK - almond milk takes over 300 liters of water to produce 1 liter of almond milk and HURTS THE BEES
