HEYYYYY do you know what Today is???? Its National DONUT day! National Donut Day falls on Friday, June 5, 2026. This annual holiday, established by the Salvation Army in 1938, honors the "Donut Lassies" who served treats to soldiers during World War I. With that being said i need to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to LEE COUNTYS #1 stackable food truck (my opinion) that serves the best stacks around. Our paperwork is officially in the mail and headed to DBPR for our FIRST renewal! 😳🎂

I honestly can’t believe it’s already been a year since I started Lil Stack Shack. What started as a dream has grown into something I never could have imagined, and I am so thankful for every single person who has supported us along the way. ❤️

But that’s not all…

🚚 Our paperwork for our NEW truck has also been submitted for approval!

That means Hail On Wheels is getting closer and closer to becoming a reality! Once everything is approved, it’s time for inspections and then we’ll be ready to roll! 🔥

We cannot wait to start this new chapter and bring you all the savory items you’ve been asking for. Burgers, paninis, breakfast, loaded goodies, and so much more are coming soon! 🍔🌭🥪🍟
