We’re about 90% done with our little Fatto a Mano facelift. There are still a few finishing touches we’re waiting on, but the vibe is definitely starting to come together.

Vibe check: passed. 😂

We wanted Fatto to feel a little warmer, a little cozier… the kind of place where you settle into your table, the lights are low, a little Italian music is playing in the background, and you can just enjoy dinner and good company. 🤎

Respectfully… your spaghetti deserves better lighting. 🍝✨

We’ve been working late nights giving Fatto A Mano a warmer, cozier dining room because good food deserves a good atmosphere too.

New panels, softer lighting, lots of measuring, re-leveling, redoing, and a few “well… that wasn’t level” moments later 😅 we’re almost there.

We’re finishing up the last details tonight so she’s ready for Friday, and we already love how much warmer the room feels.

Because if you’re sitting down to fresh bread, homemade pasta, and a glass of wine… you deserve a little more than fluorescent lighting. 😂

It’s September, so naturally we had to do it.
Today’s special is a made-from-scratch pumpkin cheesecake, finished with caramel and whipped cream and currently making it very hard for us to pretend dessert comes after dinner.

Fatto a Mano has officially received the highly prestigious, definitely-real, absolutely-not-made-up 2026 Excellence in Making Mondays Suck Less Award.

According to the judges, our strongest contribution to society was Mangia Monday. 😂

Therefore, in accordance with the rules of this extremely legitimate organization, we must continue offering:
