Pickle Bloody Mary Spears
These spears taste exactly like the garnish tray from an over-the-top Bloody Mary bar.
The tomato, garlic, and peppery brine soak deep into the pickle crunch while the celery salt keeps everything bold and savory.
The jar smells like brunch with bad decisions.
Ingredients
1 jar dill pickle spears
½ cup tomato juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp celery salt
Black pepper
Steps
Drain a small amount of pickle brine.
Add tomato juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, celery salt, and pepper.
Shake gently until combined.
Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
Toss lightly before eating.
The finished spears should look deep red with visible seasoning throughout the brine.
