I’ve always welcomed feedback and yesterday I received this review from Curtis, the co-owner of Edinboro Market after he tried the White Chocolate Mocha parfait…

…”every layer revealed a different flavor pofile. Before I knew it, I had reached the bottom of the cup. That was the best parfait I have ever eaten. Thanks for that.”

I spent part of yesterday at Mercyhurst and was reminded of their motto.. “carpe diem”. Sooo.. grab a parfait and seize the day!! 😁✌🏽☘️
