“The only thing we freeze is our Ice Cream” They share not only a passion for the culinary arts, but also for their growing families. Marc, a native Bostonian, with his wife Kathy, is raising three children and two dogs. They als
o own the famous White Mountain Cupcakery, winners of Cupcake Wars on The Food Network. Danny, also originally from Boston, with his wife Angelys, is raising three children with a fourth on the way! Marcs’ story starts as a boy, looking for a job at the age of 14. Already influenced by the culinary skills of his Noni and the rest of his large Italian family he began working at the Silver Fox. There, Marc moved up from position to position, learning different aspects of the restaurant world. Meanwhile, young Danny, Kathy’s youngest brother, was also looking for a job at the age of 13. Marc, just like his brothers did for him, brought Danny in to the culinary world. Danny who had also been influenced by his mother’s and grandmother’s cooking all his life began working at the restaurant washing dishes and, like Marc, quickly moved up to different aspects of the kitchen. From prepping food for dinner services to learning to make pizza and Italian dishes, he continued to climb up the culinary ladder. Marc and his family eventually relocated to Florida where Marc continued his passion for cooking. He started at a resort where he brought Danny down from Boston to work with him. Later, Marc joined the team at Champions Gate Resort where Danny also followed. Together, they learned and grew within the kitchen. Marc moved up to Executive Chef, and Danny eventually became the Sous Chef. Later, he became the Head Chef at Hunters Creek Golf Resort. The story continues when Marc and Kathy relocated to New Hampshire, where they first worked with an amazing team at the Red Fox and later opened their own business, the White Mountain Cupcakery. After competing and winning on the Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, their popularity grew, not just around town but around the country. That is when Marc asked Danny and his family to join and help them with their growing business in North Conway, New Hampshire. Danny relocated his family and, though he stayed a short time at the cupcakery, he also learned a lot there. Danny later joined the wonderful team at the Cider Company and the Vista Country Store. Marc and Kathy expanded their business and opened a second location at the Settler’s Green Outlets. From Boston to Orlando and now to North Conway, Marc and Danny have created amazing and delicious dishes for their communities while serving as Executive and Sous Chefs at resorts and restaurants. The Iannuzzi and Rassi families are very united. Every family gathering involves delicious food to which everyone contributes. They share recipes and have friendly cooking competitions. Even the children in the family are inheriting the passion of cooking and food. Wicked Fresh Craft Burgers is the realization of years of dreaming and planning. Blending their passion for food and family is what gives them a unique perspective on providing the freshest possible fast-dining experience. Their energy and authentic talents are sure to satisfy foodies and casual diners alike.
