PSA , We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding ingredients and cross-contamination about our gluten-free bagels so I figured I post the ingredients. The biggest questions seem to be whether they have eggs dairy or soy and the answer is no to All the above. As for cross-contamination we do the best that we can to produce them using dedicated mixers, baking trays etc and only making them during the hours when there is no other mixing with gluten-free products going on and the kitchen has been cleaned. As of right now there is only one person, the owner, who actually makes our gluten-free bagels and having family members who are highly allergic to gluten he understands the importance of keeping things safe from cross-contamination.. I hope this clears up any questions. If you have any other questions I'd be happy to answer them.
