To All My Family, Friends and Customers: 4 years ago I opened a bakeshop, Ragamuffin Sugarshop, and had such a great first year that a partner joined me and together we added Iron Dog Diner. I feel so blessed with the support and patronage we have received. We have enjoyed the stories from customers who are visiting charleston and love seeing the faces of our regulars walking through the door.
I can also confidently say that I am extremely proud of the food that we have served for these past 4 years. Thankfully y’all have agreed and again, we are very thankful to all of you!
With this being said, Iron Dog Diner and Sugarshop will soon be saying farewell and I will be moving on to new adventures. This has been a hard decision to make as we have been successful and still continue to grow. It was not made lightly and I will be extremely sad to leave it behind. However, life is taking me on a new path that I am also looking forward to. There is a solace in knowing that I am leaving a place that I am proud of and that succeeded in a community that I love. Come see us for weekend brunch in the next few weeks and we will make a final announcement soon when we know a final date.

Wow!! What a day...and it’s not even over yet!! Thanks to everyone who dined with us today and especially for understanding the fact that we had a packed house! We appreciate all of you and we really hope you enjoyed the food!

I’d also like to thank my crew!! They worked their tails off extra hard today!!

We have some changes happening at Iron Dog and have decided to serve weekend brunch only for the summer. Saturday and Sunday 10:00-2:00

Hey everyone! I hate to do this, but we won’t be able to open today. Came in and prepped all this delicious food and our electrical had other plans. These outlets be trippin’. No, seriously. They keep tripping. Working on it now so we can open tomorrow!!
