ore!) that is truly healthy (not just perceived as healthy) made in a sustainable way with local ingredients and produce. We have a ban list of ingredients that we will never find in our food at SOL. All of our ingredients are � gmo and free from harmful ingredients. Because we found so many of the young kiddos now have an allergic reactions to nuts, we have also committed to being a nut-free facility. We know parents want to have healthy options for their kids. Pizza should not be an exception to indulge in ingredients that are not good for their little bodies. At SOL Pie Pizza you can trust that your family is enjoying not just good tasting pizza but pizza that won’t leave you feeling icky, bloated and with heartburn. It’s been a while since we’ve posted on social media.
We do keep connected with our SOL Fam on our email and text.

A lot happening and a lot coming up…
So busy doing our thing that our 18th anniversary came and went—July 21. Hard to believe it’s been 18 years. ( More on that!)

For now… Let’s focus on the important stuff!
August’ Pizza of the month:

The Hall of Famer

It starts with all-natural red sauce, caramelized organic onions, and all-natural mozzarella and provolone. Then we load it with old-world pepperoni, sausage, sweet Peppadew® peppers, and creamy ricotta dollops before finishing it with Parmesan and fresh basil.

Whether you’re celebrating the festivities, feeding the family, or simply looking for a great pizza this weekend, the Hall of Famer is ready. And it’s unbelievably delicious!

“Now that the Cavs beat Detroit, it’s finally safe to order Detroit-style pizza again.” 😂

For those who missed it, the Cleveland Cavaliers took down the Detroit Pistons in Game 7 on Saturday and are now headed into the Eastern Conference Finals against the New York Knicks tonight at 8 PM.

Meanwhile over here, we’ve been making Detroit-style pizza for years now… and honestly, it’s only gotten better.

Crispy edges. Airy dough. That ridiculous crunch.

And our youngest is learning how to cut one in style!

We close at 8 PM so get that deliciousness in!

We always introduce May’s Pizza of the Month on Cinco de Mayo but we are introducing it a day late.

We decided to let the Mexican restaurants enjoy their day, 😉 and this pizza took longer than expected anyway.

That tends to happen when you start with 12 pounds of grass-fed beef from Harmon Creek Farms, real dried chiles, consommé made from scratch, organic cilantro and onions, and trying to get every detail right before putting it on the menu.

So —May’s Pizza of the Month, The Birria, is officially here.

Built on our garlic EVOO base with our mozzarella-provolone blend, topped with slow-braised birria, lightly sautéed poblano peppers, organic cilantro + onion, creamy jalapeño sauce made with avocado oil, and served with consommé on the side for dipping.

At SOL, we’ve always cared deeply about flavor, but we also care about ingredients, sourcing, and making food people can actually feel good about eating.

Pizza should still be fun. We just happen to believe integrity belongs in the kitchen too.

The Birria launches today. 🔥
