This vocational training program was created to change the way society views persons with disabilities as employable. We strive to promote the value of diversity, dignity and the quality of life through awareness. Each trainee receives person-centered guidance through our mentoring program in a customer service environment. This on-the-job paid opportunity is complete with job seeking skills and resume building experiences.

Every new chapter brings new people, new perspectives, and new possibilities. 🧡

As Whole Latte Love Cafe, Inc. looks ahead, we're excited to welcome two new members to our Board of Directors. Each brings unique experience and talent, along with a shared belief in the importance of creating opportunities for people with disabilities to work, contribute, and belong in their community.

Please help us welcome Jane Upperman and John Bryson to the table. Jane brings a combination of professional experience, community involvement, and a genuine commitment to serving individuals with special needs. As an Associate Professor of Accounting, her experiences in accounting, business, leadership, and problem-solving provide a collaborative perspective and a willingness to actively support the mission and goals of Whole Latte Love Café. John brings more than 20 years of experience spanning disability employment, workforce development, education, nonprofit leadership, and corporate learning and consulting. John hopes to contribute strategic thinking, community & employment partnerships, training expertise, and a practical understanding of what helps inclusive employment programs grow and succeed.
