Hey everyone! Just a quick heads-up: yes, we are absolutely open this Friday and Saturday! 🎉

We know a few of you were waiting on the edge of your seats last week looking for an official announcement post before heading over—so we want to clear the air and save you the stress!

🗓️ Here’s the new Golden Rule:
You can always assume we are open every Friday and Saturday.
Moving forward, you don't need to wait for a social media green light to come grab your treats. We’ll only make a specific "open/closed" scheduling post if something unexpected comes up, if we have a holiday schedule, or if we’re changing our hours. Otherwise? No news is great news—it means the ovens are hot and we are ready for you!

Right now, we are working hard behind the scenes training some amazing new team members! As we get everyone settled and up to speed, our goal is to start adding even *more* days to the weekly lineup. We’ll keep you posted as those extra days officially roll out.

The official menu lineup for this weekend is getting its final touches and will be posted tomorrow. Keep an eye out for that sneak peek.

Sorry for any confusion regarding our hours, but we are officially open today from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM!

We’ve got the exact same menu as yesterday, and the shelves are fully stocked. There are plenty of fresh loaves and delicious treats waiting for you, so come on by, follow the smell of fresh bread, and come say hi—we would absolutely love to see you!

Also, highly recommend you pick up one of our Strawberry Matchas to kick off your weekend. She's a beaut.

Tonight, one of our friends is walking down the aisle, and I had the absolute honor of baking her wedding cake!

While we don’t typically offer wedding cakes at Untamed Grain, I couldn’t resist stepping outside the usual menu to create something sweet for someone so close to my heart.

Hey everyone,

​We need to share some tough news.

After fighting through some kitchen equipment hiccups last week, we’ve run into a major roadblock with our refrigeration system this week. Because we refuse to compromise on the quality and safety of what we serve you, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause operations and remain closed this week to get these technical issues permanently sorted out.

​As a small business just starting to find our footing in a new space, consistency is everything to us. We are incredibly bummed to miss seeing you at the counter, and we want to apologize to anyone who was planning to make us a part of their week.

​We’re taking this week to roll up our sleeves, get the kitchen running perfectly, and ensure that when our doors open next week, we can give you the reliable, exceptional experience you deserve.

​We're running on a slight delay today due to some unexpected kitchen technical difficulties and being down a staff member.

​We will be opening our doors at 9:30 AM today (Saturday) to make sure we have fresh bakes available to you.
