We decided to switch things up this month! Introducing our Dessert of the Month: Mini Cheesecake Cups!

We start with a classic graham cracker crust, smothered in classic creamy baked cheesecake filling, and finished with two varieties of flavors: Classic with Vanilla Whipped Cream and fresh fruit, or Chocolate Ganache topped with Chocolate Whipped Cream and chocolate sprinkles.
