Join Owen’s Tavern & Garden on Friday, June 26th, as we host Earl Holman, founder of Crooked Crab Brewing Company. On this night, we will pour 6 drafts from this renowned brewery from down the road in Odenton, Maryland!

Earl founded Crooked Crab in 2018 with Alex Josephs and Dan Messeca with a mission to create a community-focused gathering place, while producing b**rs that reflect Maryland pride. Known for a diverse, rotating tap list alongside a handful of core offerings, Crooked Crab emphasizes accessibility and variety, ranging from hop-forward IPAs to la**rs and stouts, while maintaining a strong local identity rooted in the region’s crab culture and social atmosphere.

Don’t miss your chance to try this special lineup of b**rs -- including The Rise of Crabwalker (a Hazy IPA), Caverns & Crustaceans (a Hazy Double IPA), and Orange Crush Punchline (an imperial sour ale based on the classic Maryland cocktail).

Join us at Owen’s Tavern & Garden as we officially relaunch our patio for the season with Saint Owen’s Feast!
On Saturday, May 30th, we’re hosting an Italian-style Street Festival complete with special food + drinks, live music, and fun for the whole family.

From 12pm until 6pm, we’ll be serving up griddled sausages, Smashburgers, Caprese pasta salad, home-baked cookies, Cacio e Pepe popcorn, and more! To complement the food offering, we’re showcasing a patio-friendly menu of fresh Spritzes, along with lemonade and iced coffee. We’re also featuring a slew of crushable w**es and–of course–the deepest selection of draft b**rs in Montgomery County!

We’ll have family friendly activities throughout the day, including games for the kids (and adults!) and a face painter on-site.

We’re also introducing a prize wheel and 50/50 raffle with all proceeds going to benefit the Manna Food Center, an outstanding organization dedicated to fighting hunger in Montgomery County.

The 2nd Annual Saint Owen’s Feast: An Italian-Style Street Fair from Owen’s Tavern & Garden + Caruso’s Grocery

Join us at Owen’s Tavern & Garden for Saint Owen’s Feast! Due to some rough weather, we're moving the big event to Saturday, May 30th and we’ll be hosting an Italian-style Street Festival complete with special food + drinks, live music, kids face painting and fun for the whole family.

From 12pm until 6pm, we’ll be serving up griddled sausages, Smashburgers, Caprese pasta salad, home-baked cookies, Cacio e Pepe popcorn, and more!

To complement the food offering, we’re showcasing a patio-friendly menu of fresh Spritzes, along with lemonade and iced coffee. We’re also featuring a slew of crushable w**es and–of course–the deepest selection of draft b**rs in Montgomery County!

Six Nations Rugby Championship 2026 at Owen's Tavern: Join us for ALL Matches with Food & Drink Specials !

We're excited to announce that Owen's Tavern is North Bethesda's Rugby headquarters for the Six Nations Championship in 2026!

Join us for all of the matches starting on Friday, January 31st stretching through Saturday, March 15th. We'll be streaming ALL matches at Owen's Tavern with the sound on! The Guinness will be flowing, and our kitchen will have food specials for all of the matches.

In fact, Guinness will be $7 during all rugby matches! Also, all Bluejacket drafts will be $6 and we're pouring Athletic non-alcoholic offerings for $6 as well.

We look forward to showcasing this legendary tournament and hosting our local rugby community as well as all rugby enthusiasts, new and old.
