Churrasco gaúcho (Gaucho Barbecue) comes from the cattle-ranching culture of southern Brazil, especially in Rio Grande do Sul. The gaúchos (Brazilian cowboys) would cook meat over open flames during travels or when taking breaks from work around the Pampas. Traditionally, steaks were cooked with sea salt, no heavy marinates or sauces - just the delicious flavors of beef.

At Brazeiro, we honor the southern Brazilian culture. Just like the gaúchos of Rio Grande do Sul, we believe food is meant to be shared. Around the fire. Around the table. Amongst people we love.
