For this special evening, Chef Paolo has curated a tasting menu inspired by the character and
nuance of distinguished whiskeys from around the world—each thoughtfully paired to highlight
its unique profile and complement the artistry of Italian-inspired cuisine.

Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
Rich, layered notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warm baking spice with a lingering dark fruit finish. Paired with: Fire-roasted pork ribs, glazed and slow-cooked to tender perfection
Jameson Black Barrel
A richer expression of Irish whiskey, showcasing butterscotch, toasted oak, caramel,
and warm spice with exceptional smoothness. Paired with: Elisa’s signature Chicken Scarpariello
Jura 10 Year Old
Elegant and balanced, with honeyed malt, citrus zest, orchard fruit, and a gentle whisper of coastal smoke. Paired with: Wild mushroom risotto, finished with Parmigiano-Reggiano
Toki Suntory Whisky
Light and refined, offering notes of green apple, honey, vanilla, and a delicate citrus brightness. Served as a traditional Japanese highball with sparkling water and expressed grapefruit. Paired with: Spinach salad topped with flash-seared tuna and red wine vinaigrette
The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve
Luxurious and opulent, matured in port casks and layered with notes of ripe berries, plum,
orange zest, dark chocolate, and spiced oak. Paired with: Herb-crusted lamb chops in a port wine reduction
Glenfiddich Fire & Cane A bold yet approachable finish with subtle smoke and sweet toffee notes—an ideal closing pour for the evening.
Paired with: Our house made vanilla gelato and esppresso. Affogato
