S+M Private Dining room sits up to 20 guests. PDR rental is $250 plus any food and beverage ordered. Groups over 6 guests will also be charged automatic gratuity of 20%. S+M does not provide flowers, centerpieces, or other decorations. The PDR is available for table decorations 30 minutes prior to reservation. If access is required more than 30 minutes prior, arrangements must be made in advance.
Early access to the room may not be possible due to prior events/obligations. The PDR has a 3 hour pacing limit from reservation time, i.e. 7pm reservation should conclude by 10pm. Any alterations to the PDR including decorations, must be approved by S+M management. Table and free-standing decorations are typically approved. Decorations that must be attached to the walls or windows are not allowed. Glitter, confetti, and portable sound systems are not allowed in the PDR. If glitter or confetti is brought in, a $150 clean up fee will be charged. Distasteful Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or adult parties are also prohibited. At the conclusion of the event, any items found in the PDR will be discarded. No outside food or beverage may be brought in with the exception of wedding or birthday cake. Dress Code For Dinner Service
We take pride in creating an enjoyable upscale dining experience for all guests and, as such, we ask that you wear proper attire consistent with an upscale restaurant that may include young children. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person wearing inappropriate attire not consistent with our dress code or that detracts from the dining experience of other guests as determined by restaurant management.
• Shoes, sneakers, sandals, or flip flops are required. No slippers, socks, or bare feet.
• No excessively revealing clothing: short shorts, short cutoffs, tops that expose inappropriate parts of the body or any exposed undergarments.
• Clothing with profanity, offensive language, or graphics that are deemed offensive or inappropriate by management.
• No swimsuits or bathing cover-ups.
• No Low hanging pants or shorts. Pants and shorts must be worn at the waist.
• Collared shirts, polos shirts or T-shirts are required. No tank tops or sleeveless muscle shirts. Guests who do not meet the Salt & Marrow Restaurant dress code are welcome to order from the restaurant menu and dine in the hotel lobby Bar.
