Antonio's wanted to acknowledge one of our favorite employees who is leaving us to move near her family. She is behind the scenes, so not all of you got to meet her.

She started Antonio's as a server and transitioned to the back kitchen as a prep person. She makes a mean chicken parm and NY style cheese cake. (Don't worry, she has trained her replacement)

She is an amazing employee and handled a tremendous amount of prep that kept us going through opening to covid to now.
She became family and all of the staff love her and always stopped by her station to talk. Our great nieces love coming in and showing her their drawings and watching her make salads. She will be greatly missed by all of us.

Please give Diana a warm hello and best wishes. Just a few of the many pictures over the 16 years (she is the petite lady in the beige hat).
