We’re thrilled to share that Bistro 55 is officially transitioning into The Annapolitan — a Chesapeake Bay-inspired steak and seafood restaurant.

Under new ownership, our team is bringing a taste of our hometown, Annapolis, Maryland, right here to the South. “Annapolitan” means someone from Annapolis, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring that spirit, those flavors, and our coastal traditions to your table.

Expect a refreshed menu soon featuring Maryland-style seafood, elevated steaks, and warm hospitality rooted in community and celebration.
