Good afternoon everyone
I just wanted to take and thank everyone that dined with us this weekend.
Sometime in the restaurant industry you get happy customers and not so happy customers..
Those of you who know me, know I put my heart and soul working 7 days a week 12 hour day into every dish every muffin every ccokie that comes out of my kitchen
Last week was a bad week everything that could of went wrong did.
Fighting with credit card company and payroll company, product missing from our pantry and just trying to keep my head above water along with doctors appointments.
I started to get disenchanted with everything.
Then a customer came in he was over the moon I could accommodate his allergies.
Then another she ate breakfast for the 1st time in a restaurant in years.
Then I get a call a message that a friend of mine has passed. I hear the last name I don't know anyone with that last name.
Then a man came in to tell me the person that passed was a customer of mine. A super nice guy he would come in and we would swap restaurant stories it would be the highlight of my week.
And it reminded me why I still do this for the people I meet.
So thank you. And thank you to my great staff
For always supporting me and for spreading the word of the rooster.
