elote season still going strong 🌽
made with sweet corn from chenail’s farm, the best in the world. there is something really special about looking at the place your food grows, chatting with those who grow it and handpicking a little snack for the ride to work. (best bluebs and juiciest peaches!!)
we have a few more weeks of corn pickups left. one of the best parts of life around here 🙂

our absolute boy, the goat, the guy who keeps our wheels turning turns 20 today!! we met lucas about a month before we opened our doors. the minute we met, we knew he was special. the sweetest, hardworking, quick on his feet, funniest guy. we didn’t really know what position he’d be in, but we knew we’d carve him one. turns out he’s the glue! lucas, we’re so glad to know you and get to spend our days with you. we couldn’t imagine a casita without you in it!!

if you see him driving around in his new whip, give him a wave!!!!!
